He played brash comedic parts very very well.

Megamind is a 2010 American computer-animated superhero comedy film. The film is directed by Tom McGrath. It was released by Paramount Pictures and DreamWorks Animation, together. Megamind features the voices of Will Ferrell, Tina Fey, Jonah Hill, David Cross, and Brad Pitt in the lead roles. It is the story of a super-intelligent alien supervillain named Megamind. He fights a long-lasting battle, but he eventually loses it, destroys his foe, the adored man, the superhero Metro Man. Will Ferrell plays the Megamind himself. He is a big blue head-shaped alien who is a supervillain. Will’s character is a spoof of Lex Luthor and Brainiac. His “Space Dad” aura is a parody of the physical resemblance of Jor-El as played by Marlon Brando in the 1978 film Superman and number two, Brando’s voice as Vito Corleone in The Godfather.

It is directed by David Dobkin and written by Steve Faber and Bob Fisher. Wedding Crashers stars Owen Wilson, Vince Vaughn, Christopher Walken, Rachel McAdams, Isla Fisher, Bradley Cooper, and Jane Seymour in the lead roles. The film is centered around the story of two divorce mediators (Wilson and Vaughn) who crash weddings in order to meet and seduce bridesmaids. Owen Wilson plays John Beckwith and Vince Vaughn plays Jeremy Grey. Bradley Cooper also has a role in the movie as Sack Lodge.

The movie stars Ferrell, Steve Carell, Paul Rudd, David Koechner, and Christina Applegate from the previous roles. All these actors have reprised their roles from the first film. The Lego Movie 2 is directed by Mike Mitchell. It is a sequel to The Lego Movie which came out in 2014. The movie forms the fourth film in the franchise. Besides and Will Ferrell, it stars Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, Charlie Day, Alison Brie, Nick Offerman. All of them reprise their roles from the previous film. The new cast additions include Stephanie Beatriz, Tiffany Haddish, and Maya Rudolph. The story is centered around Emmet Brickowski, who attempts to rescue his friends from the Systar System. He also deals with an upcoming Armageddon.

He plays a construction worker from Bricksburg who is initially thought of as Special.
