Barney and Friends: Seasons 13-14
The long-running children series starring the kids’ favorite purple dinosaur, Barney returning. The show sees kids joining Barney as he teaches them a number of things in quite a fun way. Let it be with singing, dancing or some sports activity. Learning has never been more fun. Thus, Netflix brings in the thirteenth as well as the fourteenth season on its OTT space.

The Land Before Time
Universal Pictures brings in the animated film The Land Before Time, directed by Don Bluth, telling stories of a bunch of cute dinosaurs. It follows the story of an orphaned dinosaur named Littlefoot (Apatosaurus) who finds himself alone. Only until he meets Cera (Triceratops), Ducky (Saurolophus), Petrie (Pteranodon), and Spike (Stegosaurus). Throughout the film, they embark on a number of challenges, from raising a Tyrannosaurus to meeting aliens overcoming the challenges together.
The Land Before Time II: The Great Valley Adventure
A sequel to the Universal Pictures animated film of the same name. The Land Before Time II: The Great Valley Adventure is directed by Roy Allen Smith. It continues the story of Littlefoot and his friends as they discover an egg outside their territory. Upon finding out its Tyrannosaurus, the friends decided to raise it secretly away from everyone.
The Lovely Bones
Peter Jackson’s 2000 Supernatural thriller The Lovely Bones follows the story of a 14-year-old girl named Susie. After being murdered, her soul believes she has unfinished business and returns to the earth. In turn to watch over her family as well as reveal the murderer to them. The Lovely Bones is produced by Paramount Pictures and stars Mark Wahlberg, Rachel Weisz, Susan Sarandon, Stanley Tucci, Michael Imperioli, and Saoirse Ronan in the lead roles.
Notting Hill
Roger Michell’s highly acclaimed romantic comedy, Notting Hill, stars Julia Roberts, Hugh Grant, Rhys Ifans, Emma Chambers, Tim McInnerny, Gina McKee, and Hugh Bonneville in the lead roles. It follows the story of a British bookseller who bumps into Anna, an American high-profile celebrity. Upon meeting and getting to know each other, they fall in love, but the relationship doesn’t go that easy. The difference in social statuses causes their relation to stumble and go through ups and downs.
The Pelican Brief
The 1993 legal thriller directed by Alan J. Pakula follows the story of a law student named Darby Shaw. The killings of two Supreme Court Judges by a man named Kamel are proved by her through a theory. Upon realizing this, she finds herself in danger, chased by thugs and murderers. The Pelican Brief stars Julia Roberts taking on the role of Darby Shaw. She is joined by the likes of Denzel Washington as Washington Herald reporter Gray Grantham.
Resident Evil: Afterlife
The fourth installment into the Resident Evil franchise. Resident Evil: Afterlife takes the cues from the video game of the same name. It also marks the return of the director Paul W. S. Anderson after directing the first film in the franchise. The film follows Alice leading her group to a safe place in Alaska. But the group is put into battle for life after realizing that the place is a trap to lure people to get infected by T-virus. Resident Evil: Afterlife stars Milla Jovovich, Ali Larter, Kim Coates, Shawn Roberts, Spencer Locke, Boris Kodjoe, and Wentworth Miller.
Resident Evil: Extinction
The third installment into the Resident Evil franchise before the events of Afterlife. Directed by Russell Mulcahy, the movie follows Alice and her group battling the evil Umbrella Corp throughout the Mojave desert. In the hope of finding the safe haven which is intended to be across in Alaska. Resident Evil: Extinction takes cues from the story from the video game of the same name. It stars Milla Jovovich, Ali Larter, Oded Fehr, Iain Glen, Ashanti, and Mike Epps.
Scarface
The 1983 Al Pacino classic directed by Brian De Palma, Scarface follows the story of Tony Montana building a drug empire in Miami with the help of his close friend Manny. But as his empire grows and he becomes the drug lord. In turn, his enemies grow as well as his ego and pride which step by step starts destroying Montana on the very thing he is built upon.
Stargate
The 1995 military sci-fi film directed by Roland Emmerich, Stargate, follows the story of Colonel Jack O’Neill. A retired commander is brought out of his retirement for a secret mission to Planet Abydos discovered through an interstellar teleportation device from Egypt. The planet leads the commander to people who look like ancient Egyptians and worship the god Ra.
The Sweetest Thing
Alexandre Rockwell’s 2020 teen family drama The Sweetest Thing follows the story of two siblings. When living in a stressful and struggling life with an alcoholic father and negligent mother becomes overwhelming. The brothers decide to forget life and run away from home, hoping to find a better life elsewhere. The Sweetest Things stars Lana Rockwell, Nina Rockwell, and Jabari Watkins in the lead roles.
The Whole Nine Yards
Jonathan Lynn’s crime comedy-drama from 2000, The Whole Nine Yards, follows the story of Nicholas Oseransky. A regular dentist in Canada finds himself in trouble when a new neighbor Jimmy Tudeski moves in. Even though the trouble doesn’t brew in, only until Nicholas realizes Jimmy is indeed a contract killer on the hunt.

A quite mysterious one away from everyone as she is bound to know everyone’s secrets. She has transferred to a number of schools. The newest institution she has joined leads her to reveal a number of lies and misdeeds of students whenever they try to cross with her until a boy gets linked with Nano resulting in her taking the revelations far ahead. Jupiter’s Legacy tells the story of the world’s first superhero starting in 1930, who has grown old by time. Now in the present, it’s time for them to pass the torch to a younger generation of superheroes.
Monster
The 2003 biographical drama directed by Patty Jenkins, Monster, is based on the serial killer Aileen Wuornos. She was a prostitute known for seven of her male clients between 1989 and 1990 before being executed in 2002. The film follows Aileen moving to Florida and falling in love with Selby Wall, But as the prostitution carries on, there comes a time when a man named John attempts to brutalize her. This, in turn, leads Aileen to take bold steps and kill him and give up prostitution. When legal means don’t help her, Aileen continues the ways and eventually becomes a serial killer.

Oxygen
Alexandre Aja directed Netflix Orignal film Oxygen is a sci-fi thriller starring Mélanie Laurent, Mathieu Amalric and Malik Zidi. According to the official premise, the movie follows the story of a young woman who wakes up trapped in a medical cryo unit. With no memory of her past on who she is and where she came from, and how she landed in the unit. Plus, with no one around, she battles figuring a way out of the unit as she runs out of Oxygen by the time.
Dance of the Forty One
Another Netflix Orignal film, Dance of the Forty One, is a David Pablos directorial, which is a Mexican political romantic drama. It premiered at the 2020 Morelia Film Festival. The movie is based on a real-life story of an early 20th-century scandal from Mexican society. According to the official premise of the film, it sees a gay congressman marrying the Mexican president’s daughter. Things go upside down when he is seen dancing around with a young man at a secret club. Thus, breaking out a big scandal.
