Disney+ has released its entire April catalog of every television series and movie that’s going to hit the streaming platform. Disney is rolling out quality content at a steady and strong pace. The subscribers can expect to see a lot of their favorite stuff continuing to entertain them. The ongoing The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is going to thrill the audiences next month. We will get to see the finale to Bucky’s and Sam’s post-Endgame standalone stories. Other than that, we will also get new episodes of The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers and Marvel Studios: Assembled. We’re also going to get the new John Stamos television series Big Shot. Disney Plus’ April schedule will also have a slew of new movies getting added.

The Falcon and The Winter Soldier
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is the second in line Marvel show on Disney+. It stars Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan as the main protagonists. Anthony Mackie stars as Sam Wilson aka The Falcon and Sebastian Stan stars as Bucky Barnes aka The Winter Soldier. The duo continue their bromance cum frenemy shenanigans as they tackle with a post- Captain America world. The show is one of the most anticipated ones among the Disney’s Marvel roster. It’s basically a buddy cop adventure minus the cop and plus the superhero. This show sees their team up ahead of a worldwide adventure. The duo confront super enemies and also contend with their personal battles. It is directed by Kari Skogland. It also stars Daniel Brühl as Zemo, Emily VanCamp as Sharon Carter, and Wyatt Russell as John Walker. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is going to continue throughout March and into April. We’ll get to watch the series’s culmination next month. Marvel Studios Assembled is going to go behind the scenes of the show post season 1 completion. The successor to the show is going to be yet another awaited Marvel property, Loki.
Big Shot
Coach Korn (John Stamos) is a temperamental men’s basketball coach. When he’s fired from the NCAA, he finds a second chance at an all-girls high school. Bit the all-girls team is a different ball game from what he has contended with before. He has to learn to be empathetic and guide the players effectively. For a stoic man like him, these things are new but something he’s always wanted to try and be. The show follows him and the coach opening up to each other and becoming more confident. As the girls learn to be more serious, they find their footing both on court and their lives outside the court.
The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers
It follows a hockey team that started as underdogs to becoming a powerhouse of youth. The hockey team is called the Mighty Ducks, in Minnesota. They have gone from being wimpy underdogs to an uber-competitive team. When Even Morrow a 12-year-old not is dropped from the Mighty Ducks, he and his mom decide to go indie. Evan and his mom, Alex set out to make their own team of misfits to best everyone else in the game. With the help of Gordon Bombay, they rediscover the joys of playing just for love of the game.
Earth Moods
Earth Moods is a treat if visual splendor. With breathtaking visuals and immersive soundscape experience, it takes the viewer through a journey like few others. Like the title suggests, it takes the audience to different landscapes and places of varied environments. It’s a pure escape from the monotony of daily life. From hot and arid deserts to sub zero glaciers and dense rainforests, there are many Earth moods. And each mood comes with the corresponding natural sounds with a score that best complements them. The original score is done by Neil Davidge. It also has music collaborations with Snoop Dogg and David Bowie.

Assembled: The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, takes a peek behind the shoot and stage of the show. We get a chance to visit the background locations and meet the behind-the-scenes people. We also get a chance to learn about the making of these high-octane superhero shows. After the completion of WandaVision early this month, we got a peek at the BTS of the show. It’s a great look at what exactly goes on during the production of these beloved superhero shows. We expect to watch the same for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier next month.
Secrets of the Whales
Secrets of the Whales takes us to the world of the Whales. The viewers get to see and learn about the whale culture. It is produced by National Geographic. We see how different whales communicate with each other. We also learn about the social structure among five different types of whale species. These are: Orcas, Humpbacks, Belugas, Narwhals and Sperm Whales. The visually striking journey the audience experiences has been filmed oner three years in 24 locations. A colossal epic under the sea, it teaches us how the world of whales leaps beyond our expectations.
Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children
Jacob (Asa Butterfield) comes face-to-face some dangerous mysteries and revelations. He eventually finds refuge in Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. It is a magical place full of peculiar kids with special powers. He gradually learns about the kids, their specialities and their experiences. The mystery, however, only deepens as he learns about the kids and the alsl world. When monster start attacking, Jacab is the only one who can detect, see, and finally defeat them.
Rio
Rio follows the take of a male Alix’s macaw called Blu (Eisenberg). The domisticated bird is taken to Rio de Janeiro. There, he is to be mated with a female Spix’s macaw called Jewel (Ann Hathaway). The two birds eventually fall in love. But, they are also facing a threat of being smuggled by Nigel who is a cockatoo. Now they both must escape from Nigel’s grasp.
Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties
Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties follows Garfield, Odie, Liz and Jon travelling to the United Kingdom. There, another cat that looks exactly like Garfield, Prince is ruling over a castle after his owner’s death. However, his reign is compromised by an evil aristocrat. The aristocrat wants to remodel the castle into condominiums, destroy the estate, and get rid of Prince.
Night at the Museum 1
Night at the Museum follows a night security guard who has just been recruited at the Museum. The ordinary night shifts turn bizarre and chaotic when the security guard discovers an ancient curse. Larry, a loser, finally lands the gig of a night security guard. The curse breathes life into all the exhibits of the museum and chaos and destruction ensue. It is upon Larry now, to handle this chaos and keep his job.
Night at the Museum 2
This is the sequel to the original Night at the Museum 2. Ben Stiller returns as Larry, a night watchman. In the sequel to the fist Night at the Museum, Ben Stiller returns as night watchman Larry Daily. Larry has now become a rich and successful business man. He arrives at the museum and discovers that his museum friends need his life. Night at the Museum 2 takes is to the Smithsonian. It also stars characters, such as Amelia Earhart, General Custer, and others.
Disney+ April Schedule is Stacked with Quality Content
The highlights of Disney Plus’s April streaming are The Falcon and the Winter Soldier finale and the premiere of Big Shot. The streaming platform will also roll out new episodes of Disney Secrets of Sulphur Springs. There are also a handful of blockbuster movies getting added to the roster as well. Night at the Museum is coming to the streamer, so is Rio and Squanto: A Warrior’s Tale. Disney+ has also acquired licenses to Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties and Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. Then there’s also the Gnomeo & Juliet, with TV shows like Dr. K’s Exotic Animal ER, and Mexico Untamed. Disney+ is also going to bring a few classic Star Wars holiday specials and TV movies.
Suffice it to say, Disney+ is stacked with quality content and it’s only just the beginning. The streamer is reaching new heights and breaking all streaming records. With multiple Star Wars-related content and Marvel shows lined up, Disney+ has got us all excited and intrigued. What’s more, is that Disney has finally decided to release Marvel’s Black Widow digitally. It will follow the same release plan as the recent Raya And The Last Dragon and Mulan. This only goes to show how the content on the streaming platform is only becoming better and better. With such huge projects and surprisingly great shows, we can’t wait for April to arrive.
