Just like every year, the Grammy Awards 2021 were hosted at the Los Angeles Convention Center. However, there was one minor change. This change was that there was no live audience present there. Trevor Noah hosted the ceremony whereas there were some performances too from stars like Cardi B, Dua Lipa, BTS, Taylor Swift, and many more. So, let us have a look at the nominations and winners of Grammy Awards 2020.

Did BTS win at Grammy Awards 2021?
Unfortunately, BTS did not win at the Grammy Awards 2021 i.e. the 63rd edition of the prestigious awards ceremony. The K-pop group was nominated in the category Best Pop Group/Duo Performance for their song “Dynamite”. It was the first time in their music career that the group was nominated for the Grammys. Moreover, “Dynamite” was their first-ever song to be released completely in English. However, the Grammy Award went to Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga for their song “Rain on Me”. Consequently, this decision did not really go well with the fans of BTS, better known as ‘Army’.
Twitter was flooded with tweets containing #LightItUpBTS and #OurGreatestPrize as the fans were hoping that BTS would win the match. However, as soon as a result was announced, the fans wreaked havoc on social media. They started trolling the Grammy Awards and tweeting about it. In fact, they went on to trend “#Scammys” on social media after the disappointing result. Nevertheless, some fans remained optimistic and said that they’d surely win the honor next year. Anyhow, even though BTS didn’t win the award, they put up a spectacular performance, and their fans must be really happy about that. You can click above to watch their performance.
